Financial freedom through faith encourages hard work, realizing that any type of freedom is never free. Consider whether you would rather have security or financial freedom. Consider the most secure living conditions you can be in, such as maximum secured facilities and realize there is no freedom. Much like that scenario, financial freedom and security are two different concepts entirely.
People tend to prefer security basically because freedom is more costly. Financial freedom will cost you time, effort and the ability to set up a situation that constantly feeds itself. With that freedom, also comes freedom of time and lifestyle. After all, Luke 14:28 in the Bible states, “For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost?”
Financial freedom comes at a cost. If you are building a tower, you need to make an effort, no matter what the “tower” may be – a business, an education, a marriage or children. But what would be the alternative – to sacrifice your dreams entirely? Excuses and the inability to put in a wholehearted effort cause people to give up too quickly, before they ever have the opportunity to become financially free.
Faith is at the core of financial freedom – whether it is faith in God, faith in yourself, faith in the business opportunity you are pursuing or a combination of all these elements. Financial freedom through faith breaks you free from the security mode and sends you to the next level of existence, where free time and financial independence are a reality, not a dream.
